Coming Soon!!!

Many of you have been asking about a basics nutrition course or seminar that can help you learn more about how to feed your body and fuel your activities. I hear you, and it’s here…only I’ve done you one better.Instead of just taking in a bunch of info over the course of a couple hours, I’ve designed this seminar in such a way that you will be able to take the information presented and use it to build for yourself(!) the best strategies for eating well, for you. I will dish up the theories, steps, and strategies and together we will design an individualized approach that makes sense for your life.  Be a part of your own coaching, your own nutrition, your own counseling!  And the best part?  “You-figuring-out-what-works-for-you” kinds of plans actually work.  Relying on someone else, a fad diet, or the latest hype (all things that were designed with someone else in mind) to change your life can often make you feel even more stuck than you were to begin with.  That’s how the term “bandwagon” came to be and it’s why we all keep falling off.

{Enter} the Help Yourself Nutrition Workshop!!
This half-day course will include:

  • Food 101: The basics: Theories, terminology, and how our body uses food
  • The Psychology of eating
  • Healthy weight gain and healthy weight loss
  • Hormones, allergies and sensitivities
  • Meal planning, cooking, and recipes
  • Rich discussions and plenty of time for Q & A!

Connect with me, join a community, identify the resources and help all around you, and figure out (once and for all) what healthy nutrition looks like for YOU! This will be a hugely educational time and certainly won’t be short on fun!
